I have recently started taken Shatavari to control acne on my chin and jawline .I have felt I have started having more.I took for a week,now I have stopped.I am 39 years woman.I am having this problem for 5 to 6 years.Iget acne when I eat dairy or sugar.I have completely stopped having them.I feelI have some harmonal I’m balance.Any suggestions please.It is affecting my life.
